1. Fastest deletion method
Sign in on the web with the Google or Apple account linked to Tu Voyage, then choose ‘Delete your account’ on the Account page. You do not need to reinstall the mobile app.
Only a deletion confirmed in an authenticated session is accepted immediately. Opening this page or knowing an email address is not enough to delete an account.

2. If you cannot sign in
Email seonghyunhan7193@gmail.com with the subject ‘Tu Voyage account deletion request’. State the sign-in provider used for the account (Google or Apple) and a reachable reply address. Never send a password, verification code, or access token.
The operator verifies ownership through reauthentication with an already linked provider, a provider-controlled channel, or equivalent minimal evidence. If the sender address differs from the account address or ownership cannot be verified, additional proof will be requested or deletion refused. A request alone never deletes someone else’s account.
3. What is deleted and when
A verified request is handled without undue delay and completed, or given a progress response, within the period required by applicable law. Login identifiers and sessions become unusable during withdrawal. If object-file deletion temporarily fails, access stays blocked while the deletion job retries.
Tu Voyage deletes the account, sessions, location, friends, invitations, public links, private journals, comments, votes and activity, plus photos, booking files, confirmation codes and free-form notes uploaded by that account. See the Privacy Policy for the detailed scope and retention schedule.
4. Limited exceptions
Items needed for another traveller’s shared ledger or booking may remain in a restricted form after direct identifiers and free-form content are removed. Only a verified legal duty, lawful order, or actual dispute may justify limited retention with a recorded purpose, access list and end date.
Backup copies expire within 35 days, and a deletion is reapplied before a restored service reopens.
